Yvonne Bishop-Weston

Nutritionist, writer, presenter, speaker, trainer

Born and raised in the New Forest Yvonne now lives in Beaulieu. She has had an impressive career spaning over 15 years in the complementary health and natural products industry. Health food retail, catering, training, therapy, presenting and tutoring resulting in a wide ranging understanding of the supply chain and the expectations and needs of different service providers. She has co written two healthy eating cookbooks and appeared ubiquitously in the national press, on TV, radio, in magazines and online. Yes that was her with Bruce Dickenson from Iron Maiden discussing flatulence and also with Lorraine Kelly on LK Today dicussing fertility!

Tony Bishop-Weston

Executive Consultant Development Chef, author, presenter

Former award winning hotelier in Lochbroom, Scotland, author of a number of plant based cookbooks, radio and cookery presenter, product development, worked for UK Vegetarian and Vegan Society and staunch supporter of VegfestUK. Teaches children healthy cooking via the Foods for Life Academy of Food 5 a day eat a rainbow every day program. Yes that was him with Donny Osmond on Identity BBC2 a few years back!
