Get Better Together - Exercise Physical Fitness Wellbeing

Physical exercise and frequency is vital for optimal health. Physical fitness lmost as important in the health jigsaw as good nutrition food and drink, the fuel and building materials for your body, in fact lack of exercise can be a missed opportunity to fully utilise those nutritients, help trengthen your heart and bones and boost your mood. Pretty much anything is better than nothing, try to walk more, if you are lucky enough to have a garden grow fruit and vegetables or go swimming, take the stairs rather than the lift.

If you have to sit in front of a computer all day take regular breaks and get your heart beating and take the opportunity to stretch
