To confirm your appointment with Nutritionist Yvonne Bishop-Weston at The Beaulieu Natural Health and Nutrition Clinic Queensmead Old Dairy, Beaulieu SO42 7PJ please pay using the options below.
If it's your first appointment we also need your forms ( Health History Questionaire and sample 3 day food diary ) completed and emailed to clinic at least 48 hours before your appointment

Your initial consultation will be for one hour and will cost £85 follow ups are £45 - £65. If you are returning your forms via post rather than email and posting a cheque please make it payable to 'Foods for Life'.
For credit and debit card payments not covered by the list above please use the button below enter details of purchase then click 'Buy Now' button to complete your chosen amount on the next page (Please note payments for tests and supplements should be paid direct to suppliers and labs not Foods for Life)
If you need to change your appointment please let us know. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice there is a £35 cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day or do not attend your appointment the full cost of the consultation will still apply.
Fees
Initial consultations in Beaulieu are £85 weekdays and £95 for weekends and evening appointments. Follow up consultations at Beaulieu Natural health and nutrition clinic cost £65 for 50 minutes, £45 for 30 minutes
Any biochemical laboratory tests are paid for seperately direct to the relevant laboratories.

Via Beaulieu Village CarPark (behind Beaulieu Garage)
From the village car park walk up the gravel path that starts next to the public toilets and paypoint towards the Village High Street. We are through the wooden farm gate by the village tourist information board. Beaulieu Natural Health and Nutrition Clinic is a one story brick building with red doors (Queensmeade Old Dairy) in a courtyard shared with the local mechanics.The clinic entrance is the first red door nearest to the gate. We are just behind the Beaulieu Bakehouse tearooms so if you get here you have gone too far!
Via Beaulieu High Street
Although often no space, there is theorectically free parking on the Beaulieu Village High Street. From the High street we are behind the Beaulieu village sweetshop / newsagents / Beaulieu Bakehouse Tearooms and through the wooden farmgate, first red door on the right.
If there is no-one available on reception to meet you please do come in and take a seat in reception and your practitioner will come to get you at your appointment time. Feel free to browse the recipe books.
If you get to Beaulieu unexpectedly early we recommend you explore Fairweathers Garden Centre and Steff's Kitchen at the other end of the high street. Local secret - they also have free Wifi if you need to keep a petulant teenager placated.
