Although correctly balanced nutrition is the predominant and most important factor in achieving 100% wellness other smaller parts of the jigsaw are still vitally essential. You must exercise your lungs and muscles. Excercise can help lower your blood pressure, help with your digestion, improve your mood and fight depression, balance your metabolic rate and reduce your risk of chronic disease.

The NHS advise "exercise can reduce your risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer by up to 50% and lower your risk of early death by up to 30%."

The recommended minimum for adults is 150 minutes per week , that's 30 minutes 5 days a week or two 1 hour sessions and one half hour sessions
