The recommended minimum exercise for adults is 150 minutes per week, that's 30 minutes 5 days a week or two 1 hour sessions and one half hour sessions with a mix of  aerobic and muscle strengthening exercise. Exercise combined with an optimised nutrition program is a fail safe way to lose weight but more importantly reducing risk of and protective against a long list of health conditions and diseases from cancer, heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis to infertility, stress and depression.

ForestFit© sessions use the natural beauty and environment of the New Forest as a setting to use the latest sports science and research to maximise fitness results with efficient, productive and most importantly fun and engaging resistance and aerobic exercise.

Starting at The Beaulieu Natural Health and Nutrition Clinic you'll enjoy a mix of running and other aerobic exercises and some resistence training to build muscles along a scenic trail by Beaulieu river.
